Supporting the Mental Health and Wellness of Manitoba’s Public Safety Personnel

PSP RISE is a free provincial mental health service designed specifically for Manitoba’s public safety personnel (PSP). The service provides accessible, evidence-based mental health supports tailored to the unique realities of operational work and the stressors experienced by those who serve and protect our communities.

PSP RISE Hers a stepped-care approach, allowing individuals to access the level of support that best meets their needs — from prevention and wellness-focused education to more intensive mental health treatment.
